Chef David's Corn Casserole"
David Hebert, Konnarock Camp Director, who prepared a delicious corn casserole at the May worktrip was kind enough to share this recipe. Several PATH members suggested that the recipe be posted on the PATH web site.

CORN CASSEROLE
Chef David Hebert, Konnorock Crew
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 cans cream-style corn (15 oz)
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- Melt butter in a 2-quart baking dish
- In a large mixing bowl beat eggs until combined. Add corn, muffin mix and melted butter, mixing well.
- Pour mixture into dish the butter was melted in and bake in 350º oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until set.
