Betsy's Barn Burner Coffee. Betsy treated us to a special coffee made according to her special recipe. While the water and coffee are the usual kind, the special ingredient is the fire on which it is perked. The fire must be robust enough to burn the cobwebs off of the rafters. On a cool evening it was both exciting entertainment and a welcome warmth. - Clint Kawanishi
